  • 32 Individuals from First year ICT BRANCH have participated in PCB DESIGN WORKSHOP based on ELECTRONIC WORKSHOP SUBJECT. The enthusiastic students have gained hands-on experience in pcb designing as well as solving the queries of electronic jugglery, which are widely used in various applications such as robotics, home automation, and IoT (Internet of Things) projects. Through a combination of theoretical concepts and practical exercises, students will develop a solid foundation in analog and electronic programming skills that they can apply to real-world projects.

  • The Mechatronics Engineering Department of GCET had arranged an industrial visit for Semester 2 students to Urja Strot Pvt. Ltd., a well-known solar panel manufacturer in Bedva, Anand. The primary purpose of the visit was to equip students with hands-on experience of renewable energy technologies and narrow the gap between classroom learning and industrial practices.

  • One Day Workshop on Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Measurement & Metrology 2025

  • The Mechatronics Department successfully organized a one-day workshop for 4th and 6th-semester students of Diploma Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering from B & B Institute of Technology, V. V. Nagar. The primary objective of the workshop was to provide participants with in-depth insights into various aspects of mechatronics, covering theoretical concepts and practical applications of Mechatronics in the Industry. Total 45 students and three faculty members, Prof. Harsh Tailor, Prof. Rahul R Chauhan and Prof. Bhavesh Patel attended this knowledge-enriching event.

  • Department of Computer Engineering, GCET, organized a one-day industrial visit to VSSE (Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition), Ahmedabad on 28th March 2025 for the students of 1st year Computer Engineering and Computer Science and Design. A total of 82 students participated in this visit. The objective of this industrial visit was to provide students with practical exposure to space science, satellite technology, and India’s achievements in the field of space research.
