Department of Computer Engineering had organized a Python Programming Workshop under the ISTE, Student chapter at G.H. Patel College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) on 10th October 2015. The workshop was organized for 2nd year students of Computer Engineering, GCET. Total 34 students from CP have registered for this Workshop. The workshop began at 1:30 pm in which 34 students have participated. Prof.Priyang Bhatt, Assistant Professor, GCET conducted this workshop. He has covered following topics with hands-on practice: • Introduction of Python Programming, History of Python• Data types, Identifiers. • Flow controls • Functions • Lists, Set, Dictionary • File handling
