An Industrial visit to Tirth Agro Technology Pvt. Ltd. located at Rajkot was organized for the final year students of Mechatronics department. The company's product range includes- Rotary Tiller, Roto Seed Drill, Rotary Plough, Post Hole Digger, Rotary Slasher, Fertilizer broadcaster, Hay Rake, Sugarcane Harvester, Boom Sprayer, etc. The company has a state of the art manufacturing facility spread in a total of 27 acres and the complete product is produced in the plant itself without any external support. The plant has all the set of machines required like CNC, VMC, HMC, Broaching Machine, Robotic Welding, Laser Cutting Machine, Special Purpose Machine, Shot Blasting Machine, Shear Bending Machines, Hydraulic press, Conveyor based assembly line for different products. The company has a carousal type assembly line based semi autonomous paint shop for painting the different parts of products. Prof. Bhavik Ardeshna, Prof. Umang Jani and Lab assistant Mr. Pinkesh Patel accompanied students.
