Department of Civil Engineering, GCET had organized one day (27/02/18) educational visit to “Institute of Seismological Research,Gandhinagar”. A total of 35 students (4th year) along with 1 faculty member, Prof. Riddhi Vashi and 1 lab assistant, Mrs. Jyotikaben Talati visited the ISR. The main aim of visit is to understand the appropriate soil investigation/testing technique/method and get true sub soil parameters used for selection of type of foundation.
