The Department of Mechatronics Engineering, GCET, organized an insightful Introductory Seminar on MSME Idea Hackathon – 5.0 on 24th July 2025, with the aim of raising awareness about the national-level innovation challenge initiated by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. The session was conducted to encourage young innovators to actively participate and contribute to solving real-world challenges under the various themes of the hackathon, and to brief them on the structure, benefits, and submission process. The event was held under the SSIP (Student Startup and Innovation Policy) scheme.
