Under the auspices of Women’s Development Cell, GCET, Women’s Day was celebrated based on the theme ‘Feminine Force for Climate Change #Go Green’ on 16th March 2023, at the GCET auditorium by event coordinators - Dr. Krupal Parikh and Dr. Geetali Saha. A total of approximately 200 girl students and 30 female staff members participated. The eminent guest speaker was Dr. Sanskriti Suhas Mujumdar, Director of the Institute of Climate Change Research, MSU. Dr. Geetali Saha and Ms Kalpanaben Shah were felicitated for their achievements. A Fashion Fiesta was also organised as a part of the Cultural event. The event was a huge success.
