Mechatronics Department has organized one day technical tour and visit for BBIT, V V Nagar Students. The visit was organized on 1st March, 2023 during 10 am- 4.30 pm. Around 26 students have participated in visit. The main focus of the visit is skill development through AICTE – Idea Lab and to make them aware about the lab facilities and coursed offered by the Department.
The students were accompanied with 3 faculty members from BBIT, mechanical department. In the beginning phase Dr Vinod Patel (Head, Mechatronics) had explained them the course structure and career opportunities after graduation in mechatronics. Various other topics like recent advancement in Automation, Robotics, Sensors and Hydraulics and Pneumatics were discussed by various faculty members. Then students were shown various laboratories and few hands on sessions were performed. The Projects done under the department were shown to them.
There was a small refreshment break where all the students were get chance to interact with all the department faculties and able to discuss their area of interest. In the session from 2; 00 pm to 4.30 pm , they have different hands on session in AICTE idea lab.
