CHARUTAR VIDYAMANDAL UNIVERSITY, GCET, Chemical Engineering Department, Vallabh Vidyanagar has organised one day industrial visit to J K Fertilizers, Vasad for the third year chemical Engineering students on 26th August 2021. Around 49 students of third year Chemical Engineering along with HOD, Dr. Kaushik Nath and two faculty member, Dr.Suresh Panchani and Prof. Vinay B Patel and lab assistant Mr. Deepak Macwan have attended the visit. Mr. Aakash Dadhania, Managing Director and his team has initially brief about the company and its product. The students have seen the facility for the manufacturing of organic fertilizers. Mr. Aakash Dadhania the owner of the industry have discussed about raw material for the production of organic fertilizers and how to start the own business to the third year students and he also discussed about how their product is environment friendly, protect crops naturally and at the same time help to increase crop yield. The management of company has provided refreshments with nice hospitality to our students. This industrial visit seemed to be very much helpful for students as it helped them to update their theoretical knowledge with practical one. We are very much thankful to the company’s management, our own management (CVM) and the department for organising this wonderful industrial visit.
