A colorful and memorable ‘Skill Showcase’ event was organized in our college for IT Department students. This event was conducted in afternoon session and was held on online Microsoft Teams platform. In this interesting event, many students participated to showcase their talent.

The event commenced by welcoming of HOD sir and all staff members. It was followed by a welcome speech given by the HOD sir of IT department and the grand event began. It was a truly mesmerizing show as the students presented various programmes, there was singing, dancing, poetry recitation, mimicry, mono act shows, classical and modern combination of several paintings.

It was followed by the open round, anyone from audience were allowed to show their talent. The event was not only limited to the students but also faculties participated energetically and they also came up with some hidden unknown talents. Everyone sat glued to the show. The HOD sir praised the entire event a lot. He guided with his inspirational words and inspired to do better. It was followed by a formal vote of thanks and the event concluded. The Winner for the event were Preksha Delivala (4th Year Information Technology) and Vinay Gupta (2nd Year Information Technology). We really enjoyed a lot and dispersed with a sincere hope that such mega events should be organized time and again giving the students a chance to display their talents.

The event was successfully conducted under the permission of Dr. Himanshu Soni, Principle and Dr. Nikhil Gondaliya, HOD Department of Information Technology, Gcet and under the Guidance of Prof. Bhargesh Patel, Information technology department and Prof. Yogesh Dangar , Information technology department, Gcet.
