G H Patel college of Engineering & Technology celebrated its 19th Annual Day on 13th April 2015. It was based on the theme "Make in India". The reception committee formed of faculties & students waiting for the arrival of chief guests & guest of honor& other dignitaries from various institutes. Dr. S. N. Merchant, Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Bombay; the chief guest was felicitated & greeted by the committee. The President of the function Shri S M Patel sir, Hon. Secretary, Charutar Vidya Mandal received a warm welcome at the institute foyer. Also seen in the picture above Prof R. C. Desai, Hon. Joint secretory, Charutar Vidya Mandal. The venue of the celebration was GCET auditorium which was filled with a mass of dignitaries, guests from CVM, faculties & students sparing no empty seats to be filled. The aura was still missing the presence of Dr. C L Patel, honorary chairman of CVM & the pillar of all CVM institutions. Dr. R R Patel, the convener of the program extended a warm welcome to the gathering. He also enlightened the crowd with a vivid introduction of the dignitaries on the dais. Floral felicitation of the guests followed.
