The Sardar Sarovar Dam is on the Narmada river near Navagam, Gujarat in India. Four Indian states, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharastra and Rajasthan, receive water and electricity supplied from the dam. The total installed capacity of the power facilities is 1,450 MW.Third Year Mechanical students(A.Y 2015-16) visited Sardar Sarovar, Kevadia Colony ,Rajpipla on 3rd September 2015.Prof.Ela Jha,Prof. Ravi Rathor and Mr. Kritesh Bhavsar accompanied the students.
