Mr. Kushal Oza, presently working at ALSTOM Ltd, Bengaluru, delivered a very informative lecture on the topic Magic of nonsinusoidal Magnetization current from sinusoidal source in power transformers. The speaker discussed about the effects of magnetizing current of transformer. Also various aspects of harmonics and its impacts on transformer performance was discussed. The session came to end with a fruitful interaction on various topics.
