Chemical Engineering Department of G H Patel College of Engineering and Technology (GCET), a Charutar Vidya Mandal institute, Vallabh Vidyanagar, organized Expert Talk on PFD and P&ID in Chemical industries under IIcHE Student Chapter, on 08TH July, 2016. The event was specially organized for the final year students of Chemical Engineering Department in Audio-Visual room from 02:30 PM to 03:30PM. Mr. Deepen Shukla( GEA Ltd, Process Engineer )delivered an expert talk on topics like PFD, P&ID, Symbols used for various equipments, PFD v/s P&ID, VendorInterfaces, Equipments and instrument Numbering etc. More than 40 students have participated for expert talk and at the end of talk they took good amount of knowledge which gives them insight and importance of Process flow diagram in their practical base being a Chemical Engineering..
