Civil Engineering Department of G H Patel College of Engineering and Technology (GCET), a Charutar Vidya Mandalinstitute,VallabhVidyanagr, organized a technical visit on Friday, 24 July, 2015 to Sabarmati Riverfront, Ahmedabad and Gift City, Gandhinagar. The visit started with the Heritagewalk at 7:45 am organized by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.The Enlightening Journey began earlyin the morning. The college bus carrying 58 students along with 6 faculty members
was fully loaded with Enthusiasm and Excitement forthe upcoming journey.The first place of visit was The Swaminarayan Temple, Kalupur from where the Heritage Walk started. There were more than 600 Pols in the city earlier which included HajapatelPol, Shantinath Pol etc.
