Department of Information Technology, G H Patel College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) has organized an Alumni Talk on 22nd August, 2019. This alumni talk was organized for second year students of Information Technology Department. It was conducted by Mr. Atul Patel, alumnus 2007 batch. He worked with Tata Consultancy Services for several years after completing his UG studies in 2011. Then he moved to US and joined Eller College of Management, Arizona for his MBA study. He has around 6 years of industry experience.

Speaker shared his journey from GCET till USA with students in a humorous way that made students understand the value of quality education and what they need to do for better future. He also discussed about his involvement and importance of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for overall development of the students. He motivated students to get exposure through taking active part in various activities. Than he highlighted difference between education system in India and abroad. It was a very helpful talk for all the students planning to study and settle abroad.
