An awareness program on the role of Internal Complaint Committee(ICC) in the organization has been jointly organized by Internal Complaint Committee(ICC) & Women’s Development Cell (WDC) , GCET on 6th September, 2019. The pro-gram was arranged in the GCET Auditorium for all staff memebers and Students of GCET. Mrs. Asha Dalal, Jagrut Mahila Sangathan, Anand was invited as a key note speaker. She has explained laws of women especially Sexual Harass-ment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) under the Act 2013. Moreover, she has discussed certain case studies to make the aware-ness more effective.
