 Membership

Library Membership is open to:

·         Faculty members

·         Non-faculty members

·         Students  

New Users:

a) REGISTRATION

                     The new users have to fill in and submit membership form for Library cards, i.e., the Registration forms, forwarded by Head of the Department and present valid college Identity card/ Registration card of the college based on the notice issued by the Library.

NB: Each volume of a set is considered a separate book for the issue purpose.

Borrowable Materials

·         General books

·         Text and reference books

·         Books under GAA book bank scheme

Overdue Charges/Fine

• Fine will be charged after laps of the due date of  return of books (Due date slip on Book shows when the book is to be returned).
• Lost Identity card: Rs.100/-
• Lost Book: Replacement of book/ Current price/ original price whichever is more

 

Termination of Membership

• If member is found Misusing/ mutilating/ stealing/ cutting pages, his/her cases may be referred to competent authority/ disciplinary committee, for action.
• Membership can be suspended or terminated if the Librarian and the Committee decides.
