Information on Travel Visa

ISSP-2013 urges all the foreign authors to apply for Indian entry visa application as soon as possible. The conference will do the best to provide invitation letters but registration and fee payment must be done first before the letter is issued as this is the standard procedure for any conference.
Anyone who has paid registration fee needs the letter which must provide: name, affiliation, address of the affiliation, telephone/fax numbers, email address, paper number, paper title, author names of the paper, etc.
Please send your request with subject "Invitation Letter for Visa Purpose" to issp2013@gcet.ac.in and we will help you on this matter.

Please check visa requirement from the Indian embassy/Consulate in your country first before you contact for the invitation letter.
